About One Person’s Opinion
One Person’s Opinion is a free, independent publication founded by Mark Miller in July 2026.
The publication was created as a place for thoughtful, fact-based commentary on New York City and State, housing and real estate, public policy, history, business, culture, community, and other subjects that shape our lives.
The site will begin primarily with Mark’s own writing. As the publication grows, it may also feature occasional essays from guest writers who bring informed, distinctive, and sometimes differing perspectives. Readers do not have to agree with every opinion. The goal is to encourage thoughtful discussion and a better understanding of important issues.
